We collect information when you visit our website, register, place orders, subscribe, fill forms, or interact with our Service.
Reprise lets you start a transcription from a link you paste or share (for example YouTube, TikTok or Instagram), from an audio or video file on your device, or from a recording you make in the app.
Your responsibility. By submitting a link or a file, you confirm that the media is your own or that you own or have the rights necessary to use it, and that your use complies with the terms of the platform the link points to. You are responsible for the content you submit. We do not review submissions in advance, and we may refuse or remove content that appears to infringe someone else's rights.
What we do with it. When you submit a link, our servers retrieve the audio from that address solely in order to produce your transcription. When you submit a file or a recording, only the audio is sent for processing. Audio is used exclusively to generate the sheet music, MIDI and MusicXML that we return to you. We do not publish, share or redistribute the media, and we do not make the source media available to you or to anyone else through the app.
Retention. Source audio and any working copies are kept only as long as needed to complete your transcription and are then deleted automatically. The transcription results are stored on your device in your library. A low-quality preview may be created temporarily so you can choose the section to transcribe; it is removed when you leave that screen.
Rights of others. If you believe content processed through Reprise infringes your rights, contact us at support@qualsimm.com and we will act promptly.
If you are an employee or applicant, we collect information voluntarily provided for HR purposes, benefit administration, and screening.
You can request updates, corrections, or a copy of your data by contacting us.
In case of sale, merger, or transfer of assets, your information may be transferred to the new owners under the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We may share information with our corporate affiliates — entities controlling or controlled by Qualsimm — who follow this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Turkey, excluding conflict of law rules. You consent to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
